End times chronology

Great whore is destroyed 

Revelation 18 the great whore is destroyed in one day and burned

• In her was found blood of prophets and of saints and all that were slain upon earth

Revelation 19  her smoke rises up forever 

Heaven opens & Jesus comes on a white horse

Revelation 19  called faithful and true and makes war and judges in righteousness 

• Head had many crowns
• Had a name no man knew but only he himself (yhwy ?)
• Clothed in vesture dripped in blood (crucifixion robe ?) 
• Name is word of  God (John 1 - word with God, word was God, became flesh)
• Mouth a sharp sword - rules with iron rod - wine press of wrath of God
• On his gesture and his thigh name - king of kings 
• Kings and armies gather with beast and false prophet against Jesus - Armageddon 
• Angel summons birds to get ready to feast on their flesh 
• Beast and prophet thrown alive into lake of fire
• Kings and their armies destroyed with sword (from mouth of Jesus)

Satan (dragon, serpent, devil) bound for 1000 years 

Revelation 20:1  Angel comes from heaven with key and chain

• Takes hold of Satan
• Casts him into bottomless pit 
• Puts a seal on it for 1000 years - he will be released for little season after that

1000 years reign of Christ 

Revelation 20:7   Those beheaded for witness of Jesus and word of God, who had not worshiped the beast or his image and had not received his mark upon their foreheads or in their hands. Reign with Christ for 1000 years.

•  This is the 1st resurrection
• 2nd death has no power on them
• They have thrones and reign with Jesus 

The rest of the dead live not until the end of the 1000 years 

Release of Satan from his prison to gather Gog & Magog

• At the end of the 1000 years 
• Satan gathers a great army surrounding the saints and the beloved city
• God send fire from heaven to defeat them
• Satan thrown into lake of fire where beast and false prophet already are
• Burn there for eternity

Beast who was and is not and will be again - was = when he started, was not = in the pit for 1k years, will be again = when he is released after 1000 years to be burned for ever.
