Where does hate speech come from

Hate speech began as a communist (Russian) tool to silence free speech in the communist block. Rather, the introduction of hate-speech prohibitions into international law was championed in its heyday by the Soviet Union and allies. Their motive was readily apparent. The communist countries sought to exploit such laws to limit free speech.

This was followed by an attempt to criminalize the “defamation of religions” and “Islamophobia,” launched by the member states of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (oic) in 1999.

While hate speech does not exist in the US other than in the minds of the leftists pushing communism it has taken hold in the EU and the effects are as draconian as they were in the soviet union. Germany jails elderly women for questioning the numbers in holocaust, England arrests, convicts and jails reporters in the same day for simply reporting on a Muslim rape trial and any group not bowing to communist or islamic tyranny is persecuted.



Question: How does the left claim to be for equality when they adopt and push the tactics of the most oppressive and blood thirsty Russian ideologies of all time?
