The right to secede is unrelated to legality 
Authority to secede is above authority to be ruled by evil 

His Five Steps
  1. Leverage regional commodities (timber, soil, copper, gold)
  2. The county becomes the primary seat - can tax for infrastructure but not private property. County sheriffs with militia is the law.  They protect from the federal level tyranny.
  3. Soveriegn banks - commodity based - no Jew federal reserve
  4. Medical sovereignty - no federal compulsion from federal level
  5. Infrastructure - all removed from federal control.
He has not addressed the media issues.  The people are zombies if the agenda and the media must be addressed as part of any move forward.  

He has not addressed the rights of states to self defense.  Shoot down Geo engineering threats, invaders killed, illegals repelled.
