ATF At Your Door? NEVER Do This Or You'll Regret It...



  1. do no consent consent them in!
  2. Plain sight doctrine - they can look in and start issues - keep out of sight
  3. Probable cause - warrant (for very very specific item) - must see affidavit in support   If they have a warrant state you do not consent to anything beyond the warrant - plead the faith.
  4. Exigencies circumstances - emergency, danger, life threatening, attack, suspect escape, evidence destruction
  5. Make sure no one in the house will allow them to come in and search 
  6. Police are allowed to lie under the law …..
  7. Do not post on social - all you post will be used against you
