Why were the warning signs in Parkland not enough

Here is the background story as compiled by the father of one of the Parkland victims on what led up to the massacre of all those innocent people at MSD high school in Parkland.

The failures of the FBI and the BSO were amplified by the policies of school leadership following the doctrine and federal policies of the administration in power at the time.
