Dinosaur in the Bible

The King James Bible (the one I prefer) was written in 1611. The word dinosaur was added to the dictionary in 1842. Some say that because a word that was created 231 years after the Bible was published is not found in the Bible it means that "dinosaurs are not included in the Bible.

Looking for a word that would not exist for another 231 years is a fools errand but searching for dinosaurs in the Bible will yield results as we see in Job 40:17. Here a creature is described as having a tail like a cedar tree, a description that brings a clear image to mind.

Questions:
Why look for a word in a book written 231 years before the word was invented?
Why compare a hippo tail to any kind of tree let alone a majestic cedar tree?

See for yourself all the references to dragons (dinosaurs of the day) and the descriptions in Job of these majestic and fearsome creatures .
