Current level is .04% - up from .03% a few decades ago If Co2 drops bellow .02% - plant life start to die No plants = no removal of Co2 via the plants and trees No plants = no oxygen creation as a byproduct of plants No plants = no food for wildlife - animal deaths No plants = no food for humans - genocide via famine All this in support of Co2 reduction are also in suppot of animal and human famine and mass murder.
