To Judge or not to judge …there is no question.

Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them https://www.kingjamesbibleonline.org/Matthew-7-20/

Jesus tells you to judge a tree by it’s fruit … judge people by their actions and their words ..(their friut)

Judge not, that ye be not judged https://www.kingjamesbibleonline.org/Matthew-07-1/

Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast the mote out of thy brothers eye  https://www.kingjamesbibleonline.org/Matthew-07-5/

Jesus warns against hypocritical judgement. He tells those listening to first get the sin out their life before they judge the sin in their brother’s life.

Judge not according to appearance, but judge righteous judgement  https://www.kingjamesbibleonline.org/John-7-24/

Jesus just healed a man on the sabbath .. he then tells his accusers (who are angry that he performed a miracle on the sabbath) that they circumcise men on the sabbath and are they not breaking the law that Moses told them too?

But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man  https://www.kingjamesbibleonline.org/1-Corinthians-2-15/

The holy ghost gives wisdom to those who are of God which no natural man understand. The man of God has this wisdom and can therefore judge all things where the natural man has not this wisdom and thinks it foolish.

But them that are without God judgeth. Therefore put away from amongst yourselves that wicked person. https://www.kingjamesbibleonline.org/1-Corinthians-5-13/

The believers are told not to eat or keep company with fornicators, idolitaters, raiders, drunkards and extortioners.  These people are to be judged and avoided.
