Have the population wear masks 

• American physicians and surgeons prove masks not effective
• The government pushes masks in spite of the scientific evidence
• Population is now obscured from identification
• Those who mean harm are now allowed to hide their identity  

Remove legal bail laws so rioters are immediately released

• Have celebrities fund bail for those who must pay it
• Start riots under black rights issues but then all statues attacked
• Make the population and police feel powerless
• Reduce your expense to keep your army on the streets

Setup BLM to fund the rioters and your officials

• All donations to these communist militants go to DNC operatives
• Soros as just donated 220,000,000 to BLM
• His officials are paid off
• Lawyers to defend law breakers, prosecute cops and citizens paid
• Your army of leftists, ANTIFA and released prisoners is organized & funded

Have governors release prisoners

• Use the covid scare to justify a relase for safety (if masks worked why needed?)
• Governors release prisoners into BLM handlers .. paid for riots
• California is about to release 8,000 more inmates
• Your army is now fully staffed and funded for action

Remove the police so your army can terrorize unimpeded

• Target police under false rights narrative
• Prosecute officers who arrest remove road blockers
• Prosecute citizens for self defense
• Use the police to enforce mask tyranny on people so they also resent the police who allow actual law breaking and yet persecute them
• Your army can now terrorize, burn, loot and destroy at will 

Obama talked openly about having a national civilian security force just as strong and well funded as our military.  Obviously he and his comrades are building it and your tax dollars routed to Soros through his many NGOs are paying for it.
