- Removes threats from our borders - puts them in white nations
- Creates division and unrest in target nations - police state
- Push interracial sex - breed out whites - destroy family

The plan must be implemented drop by drop so as not to be detected before we are ready.
- Establish a banking system - enslave them in debt while enriching us
- Gain full control of media - push agenda and accuse opposition
